Responsibilities and Tasks
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service standards.
- Ensure all customers enquiries, requests and complaints are dealt with appropriately, courteously, and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate and manage communication to ensure that information flows freely between Customer Service and warehouse staff.
- Flexibility around working hours including weekends and bank holidays.
- Logging and tracking jobs on our in-house systems.
- Assisting /covering for fellow team members.
- Create and maintain a high-quality work environment.
- Data entry of jobs on to our in-house systems.
- Any other duties appropriate to the role.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working in fast paced customer service environment is essential.
- Excellent planning, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Competent in MS Office, including excel and PowerPoint and data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer services skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €29,000.00 per year
