Main Duties:
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine.
- Take orders promptly and clearly and ensure correct till operations are adhered to.
- Strive to have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage products.
- Daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, hovering and moping of floors/cleaning of equipment such as coffee machines/ using glass washers and to carry out extra duties such as deep cleaning as required.
- Ensure compliance, at all times, of all relevant legislation relating to weights and measures, licensing and under-age drinking.
