Who we are:
It started with a tomato. A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe Cookery School, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business, and the rest is Sprout.
Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca into six sites across Dublin and its own farm (with many more planned!). At Sprout, we are all about the growth, whether that be our food, our business, our teams, or ourselves. Our people are integral to the work we do, showing the world that healthy food does not have to be boring or tasteless.

We are looking for a bright, bubbly, enthusiastic person to join our team in Kildare Village as a host for our newest restaurant. We place great importance on our teams, they truly reflect who we are as a company. It's not solely about your CV or experience; it's about how you carry yourself, how you interact with others, and the kindness and respect you show.
If you love speaking with people, keeping things in order, and are a natural-born performer, this is the role for you. In the role of host, it will be your responsibility to welcome guests to the restaurant, give out samples of our food, and direct people where to go and sell the Sprout experience.
You would need to have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills as this role is mainly about talking! You will need to have great memory skills as you will need to learn our menu inside out. You also need to be able to work as part of a team - this role will involve hosting, but there will be times when you need to support the rest of the restaurant with cleaning and working front of house.
This role will be Wednesday to Sunday, so you must be available for full-time work across these days.

Salary: €12-€14.00 per hour
